Meet Jack, Founder & Principal, Grounded Solutions, LLC

I believe that every community’s assets are greater than any challenge they face, and that unlocking community health and vibrancy can be achieved when we work together across sector and across issue area. I am proud to maintain a diverse network of clients working in the social determinants of health, including public health, K-12 education, food access, and infrastructure development. Let me leverage that network to expand and accelerate the impact of yours.

CREA Results: Jack serves as Senior Consulting Partner for CREA Results, a Colorado-based social enterprise building the assets of multicultural communities by increasing health equity and economic security. CREA Results’ work is driven by a team of Promotores de Salud/Community Health Workers: passionate cultural and linguistic liaisons that advocate on behalf of the community and build trust among community members and local service agencies.

Civic Consulting Collaborative (CCC): Jack is a member of the CCC, a consortium of independent nation-wide consultants with a shared mission to collectively support clients in making a meaningful impact. As a member owned coop, the CCC provides a unique value to our clients by offering the experience of principal level consultants on every project.
